Hosted by the Williamsport Bureau of Police on Wednesday April 8 to Friday April 10. ** Please contact us for more information or to register ** This course will cover the evidence grounded research on how officers learn best. More importantly, this training will cover the actual hands-on application of those research based training concepts. This course is for all Law Enforcement officers and especially any officers who are looking to understand how they can best train themselves and others. Students will be led through a series of drills, both live fire and non-live fire. They will learn how they can each apply the concepts and principles of optimal officer learning and retention to their specific situations based on their amount of time and resources.
