There are some excellent classes talking about the evidence behind better adult learning, skill acquisition and decision-making for Officers. I am happy to teach a few of these courses but the one complaint I hear at the end of them consistently is,
"This is great but how do we best APPLY these concepts?”

Free Discovery Call
We identify your training goals and specific constraints (e.g., range time, driving track, instructor availability), and your current programming structure.
It is about optimizing what you are doing, not blowing it up.

Structured Review
You provide access to relevant curriculum documents, outlines, schedules and lesson plans To be reviewed for alignment with proven adult learning principles (spacing, interleaving, priming, boosting, retrieval practice, etc.).
Step #3
Tailored Recommendations
I create a list of custom recommendations on a scale of easiest to implement forward. I also make sure your Lesson Plans will ensure the program has institutional durability.
